Justin's Ecuador Quito North Mission

Elder Miller did not get transferred!  Neither did Elder Garces!  At least 6 more weeks in Quininde.  Today, they went to play football aka soccer, they do that a lot there for exercise and fun.  He got a haircut today, it cost $2.50  He is still doing well!

A family home evening in the church! Today makes 8 months since Elder Miller aka Justin left for his mission! He is doing well, today they worked more on making homemade weights to exercise with.  We talked briefly about a snake he saw! eww!!! A young man that they have been teaching is getting baptized on Saturday!  Saturday night is when they find out about transfers!  He is pretty sure he is being transferred!

Things he did today... ....Played football aka soccer ....Purchased supplies to make weights!  Things he did this past week... His landlord invited them over for lunch and fed them fish, rice, salad, some kind of fruit,and juice! Things happening this week... Tomorrow he has exchanges. Upcoming activities at church...They will go visit people on Friday.  On Saturday there is an activity, there will be a speaker and a game.  Saturday night they will be teaching and watch a video called, "The Restoration."  On Sunday is a face to face event, people will come and ask all of the missionaries questions. Stuff he did but forgot to tell me:) ....2 or 3 Sundays ago he gave a talk (in Spanish) about the Apostle Peter.  ....Recently he went to Atacames and ate octopus!  Info about Atacames  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atacames   This coming Monday will probably be his last P-day in Quininde.  He finds out on August 18 where he will be...
